• Do not use on children under 5 years of age or if the 5+ year old child is not able to remove the tape on his/her own. If using the tape on a child 5 and above during day time, supervise your child and make sure that he/she is breathing comfortably. *Consult with a physician prior to using this tape on your child during sleep.

• If you have or suspect that you have sleep apnea, consult with your physician prior to using the tape, alone or in conjunction with a C-PAP or an oral device.
• The safety and efficacy of this tape have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent sleep apnea or any other diseases.

Do not use if you have:

-severely chapped lips or open abrasions

-Difficulty breathing through the nose

-A cold, sinus or ear infection

-Consumed alcohol or a sedative

-A severe heart condition

-Severely low blood pressure

-Severe obesity

-A rash or allergic reaction to the tape (Seek medical guidance)
